Winter conditions
You are welcome to use our spacious wellness area at Hotel Markushof (8 minutes walking distance) from 3 pm until 7 pm. Free Wi-Fi use in the apartments. Wi-Fi is only active from 7 am until midnight so you can have a relaxing, radiation-free sleep.
A municipal tourist tax of €2.10 per person and night is charged for all people aged 14 years and over. This tax is not included in the prices.
Apartments
Rates are per day including VAT for bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival and departure during the week is possible on request and only during low season. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Rooms must be vacated by 09.30 am on the day of departure. Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Arrival is possible until 10 pm, please check in at Hotel Markushof.
For Apartment No 9 without balcony we charge € 8 less per day.
Children up to the age of 3 are free (bed & bed linen not provided).
Cot and linen for children up to the age of 3: € 8 per day.
Booking deposit € 200 per apartment.
Final cleaning: € 38.00.
Underground garage, parking spaces in front of the building, heated ski room and elevator are available.
Valdaora Holiday Pass
Since our Pustertal hotel Markushof is a member of the Valdaora Tourism Association, you will be given Valdaora Holiday Pass free of charge for the duration of your stay. It allows you to use the ski bus, city bus and all public transport in South Tyrol for free and gives you various discounts and exclusive offers:
- weekly snowshoe hikes
- try a horse-drawn carriage ride for free
- free access to the cross-country ski trails in Olang-Valdaora
- free access to the magic carpet in Oberolang-Valdaora di Sopra (for children)
- free access to the ice skating rink Mitterolang-Valdaora di Mezzo

- 10% for single entry Skyscraper (giant swing) on the summit of Plan de Corones

- 10% zip line in San Vigilio
- 5% at the 3D archery trail in Valdaora di Sopra with 28 target objects, as well as for the Tubing Park

You can also take part in the entire summer programme of the Valdaora Tourism Association (free of charge) which includes: guided hikes in the nature park and the Dolomites, herb hiking, guided historical theme hike in Valdaora, bread baking course, Nordic walking, archery, family day in the children’s world, mountain biking lessons in Valdaora, etc.

- More than 1 month from departure No cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week from the start of the trip 70 % of the booking value
- In the last week before departure 90% of the booking value
In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booking value will be charged.
